PK Strategies was founded in 2007 by Patrick Sieng, who has designed websites since 1997. Website design started as a hobby for Patrick, who maintained a website for his 8th grade basketball team that listed stats, a team roster, and game highlights. Throughout high school, Patrick shaped the McNary High School Athletics Department with a website that became the most visited high school sports website in Oregon.

In 2001, Patrick attended Willamette University with a work-study scholarship in the sports information office, where he led the athletics department transition to a campus-wide design update.

Patrick engaged in political websites in 2002 when he designed and maintained a website for his own candidacy for Keizer City Council as well as the websites for current State Senate President Peter Courtney and Senate candidate Bryan Johnston. Since 2002, Patrick has designed websites for numerous small businesses, political clients, and organizations.

PK Strategies focuses on small businesses and political candidates who are looking for a professional presence on the internet. PK Strategies also assists with online auctions, graphic design, print design & layout, and communications strategies.

Patrick has a background in political campaigns, state government & politics, journalism, photography, and sales.
